Nope - not for me. That's nearly a whole day's worth of carbs for me!
Ouch. My reactive hypoglycemia would rear its ugly head and put me to bed for a few hours. I'm really tired of all the junk in cereal. Once in a while I eat a few oat circles when I'm too tired to make breakfast. I eat oatmeal once in a while. I feel better when I eat things like eggs or dinner leftovers.

Any cereal that helps me "make do" is a good cereal.

This new cereal is going to be made at the General Mills plant here in Albuquerque. It was sort of big news here in Albuquerque because of that.

I wondered if it was going to be a rival for Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I actually really love Malt-o-Meal's generic Cinnamon Toasters version of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I actually think the generic version is much better than the real deal and I can't remember the last time I bought Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

If you are looking at carbs, don't forget to deduct dietary fiber to get the net carbs. For example there's wraps that have 15 grams of carbs but have 8 grams of dietary fiber to give you 7 grams of net carbs.
