Does anyone still eat Cracker Jack? I love it, personally. Often imitated but never replicated.

What kind of prizes have you found inside?

Cracker Jacks aren't anything like they were when I was a kid. There were more peanuts then and the prizes were much better. I remember getting a magnifying glass once.

CJ hasn't had good prizes for many years. All they do now are paper things, like a joke, or a little tattoo.

One of my friends was at Wimbledon, and got a package of Cracker Jacks, and was so disappointed by them that in the middle of the match she tweeted... "No peanuts and no prize in my Cracker Jacks! What's up with that?"

Fiddle Faddle and Crunch n Munch are miles ahead of Cracker Jacks anymore.

They are nice for a nostalgia trip, but I don't get them for the prize.

I had a compass/mirror from a box, back in the day. And a decoder ring.

Today Cracker Jack prizes are just stuff like tiny word puzzles or jokes. When I was a kid I got some interesting stuff like a small magnifier or plastic rings with colored stones. I still have a decoder ring I got in a box of Cracker Jacks in the 60's.
