You two have my official dinner crushes of the day, with an honorable mention for Alm's potatoes with cottage cheese.

The less talk about little debsi snack cakes the better. I'm having junior high PTSD flashbacks here!

I made burgers tonight, and gave due consideration to a green salad.

can't rep you again, but game hens are one of the best protien there is. Dressed up they are great for company, keep them simple they make a wonderful dinner. The biggest problem the tiny bones, but I still love them.

I have some left over tri tip and left over pork steak: I think I will slice very thin and top with a wine sauce. I guess I will need a carb for spoiled brat so will put the meat and sauce on top of noodles. Oh yes, I will end up having a few of the noodles, but I am working really hard on the low carb. I do have to think of a salad to go with the meat. We have had green salad every night for about a week, need to find something a little different. Maybe I will just do the salad, add beets and something else to make it different
