can't rep you again, but game hens are one of the best protien there is. Dressed up they are great for company, keep them simple they make a wonderful dinner. The biggest problem the tiny bones, but I still love them.
Planning to make for tonight chick peas ( chole chana masala)with cilantro chapatis, homemade plain yogurt, red onion slices and lassi to drink. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.
I have some left over tri tip and left over pork steak: I think I will slice very thin and top with a wine sauce. I guess I will need a carb for spoiled brat so will put the meat and sauce on top of noodles. Oh yes, I will end up having a few of the noodles, but I am working really hard on the low carb. I do have to think of a salad to go with the meat. We have had green salad every night for about a week, need to find something a little different. Maybe I will just do the salad, add beets and something else to make it different
Tuna Helper. We think. Hey - HE wanted it! I didn't even go in the store!
