The options are ribeye and salmon with fresh pesto pasta and a huge salad (my buddy at Sprouts is dear to me) or pasta/ham/mushrooms in cream sauce. Whatever tickles my sunshine's fancy.

this week is so screwed up I am not sure what to have: menu said Chinese but I decided to have that last night. But by the time it was dinner time I was too tired so just threw some seasoned chicken on top of rice a roni and sauteed some squash. Now, I am not sure what to have tonight . I am thinking tacos and refried beans.

Turkey and bean chili with an arugula salad. Maybe corn cakes, if I'm motivated.

I haven't made this chili recipe before but I'm intrigued. Ryder's Turkey Chili Recipe | Guy Fieri | Food Network
