Another corned beef and cabbage, carrots, fingerling taters, garlic, pearl onions, and real horseradish that makes your nose leaky! Happy St. Patrick's Day to all.
I made a huge vat of spaghetti meat sauce tonight (italian sausage, beef, and mushroom) but given that DH isn't too hungry and spaghetti sauce tastes better the next day, I'm serving leftover cabbage soup, sliced baguette, and cambozola cheese (which is heaven if you like brie and you like gorgonzola).
A slab of baked Plumrose bbq ribs and some steamed broccoli.

We went to a new local Korean restaurant. There were less than twenty customers, and there were tables available, but it was suggested that we come back another time because they were busy. Do people open restaurants with the idea that they won't have any customers???? I mean, turning customers away when there are tables available is a sure-fire plan for failure.
Chicken soft tacos, Spanish rice, and refried beans. Hubby was happy to see me in the kitchen.
I miss you guys/gals! My new work schedule is wreaking havoc on (both of) our routines.
Met up to shoot pool for a friends bday tonight (yes tonight!)- had dinner at the bar- Cuban sandwhich with fries and cold beer. The Cuban was made with Irish bacon slices in honor of the day, salty but good!
