We're new to Washington, so trying different salmon recipes. Tonight was salmon with a marinade of garlic, soy and maple syrup, a side of wild rice and some sautéed asparagus.

Couple scoops of gelato for dessert.

Last night we had sandwiches made of hamburger buns, fried eggs over easy, deli ham, and swiss cheese.

Tonight, Italian sausages from the new expensive family-run butcher shop down the street -- they were freaking amazing, dammit/yay.

NO comparison in flavor or texture to the Kroger sweet Italian Sausages which I've loved, up until now.

Served with a simple romaine salad and vegetable rice.

Leftover Katherine Hepburn brownies for dessert, which DH called the best brownies ever. They are thin, moist, and fudgy.

in a bit of a rush, so curry again (which means I had a can of green curry and a half packet of coconut milk powder )- so browned onions and potatoes in butter and olive oil added broth and the coconut milk and curry and tossed in a bunch of asparagus I have been meaning to use, tofu, and the last bit of the pot roast from last night-
presto
green curry over rice for dinner.

Last night I had a spinach salad with grilled chicken on top and Hubby had chicken fingers and French fries. I picked them up at the diner. Tonight is pork chops for DH. Not sure what I am having.

We are switching Friday's fish dinner over to Wed because Friday is St Pats day. We are having frozen cod from Sam's cooked in the Air fryer, broccoli salad and baked potatoes. Well, spoiled brat will have the potato, I am still trying to watch the carbs. Some nights it is really hard.
