I am eating a spicy chicken sandwich and fries at a Wendys somewhere in Ohio and it is snowing. I'll be turning south soon to head into West Virginia and should run into rain instead of snow. The snow sure is pretty though.

Tonight I baked a bunch of chicken wings, then added bbq sauce ... for dinner I had a couple (OK, three ) with some roasted baby red potatoes. I was smart(er) this time, I started the potatoes a bit after the chicken and they were just about perfect ...

We're expecting at least a foot of snow tomorrow -- I don't mind snow at all UNLESS we lose power, so here's hoping we're OK. The nice thing about wings is that you can cook a bunch and eat some cold the next day ... which is what I will likely be doing tomorrow!

To those of you in the storm's path: stay safe and warm!

Well the snow has started here. We are in the jackpot area for Massachusetts. They are telling us to expect up to 24 inches by tonight. We are all home for the day. Even my husband came home from Connecticut (he was working there this week) last night.

Anywho I think I will make breakfast for dinner. I'll make pancakes, bacon, toast and cut up a cantaloupe.

Every one stuck in this storm's path please stay safe and warm. Everyone else have yourself a pleasant Tuesday!!

We had a member of our church pass away about a week ago and her family is now in town for the services, so I am making a chicken/noodle casserole to take to them tomorrow. I think we will have some of it tonight. I have the chicken cooking in the crock pot now. I am also having spinach salad with fresh strawberries and pecans.
