Hubby's homemade chili.

Beef Stew, buttered bread, Rice Krispie Bars, and chocolate milk.

Sun dried tomato and basil chicken sausages. Also making some corn on the cob and reheating the leftover funeral potatoes.

Tonight will be roasted chicken with leftover collards and macaroni and cheese.

Tonight is more left overs either shepherds pie or Chinese take out from last night. Not sure as both sound good to me.

Spicy three bean vegetable chili. A crusty loaf of bread. And a tossed green salad - I need to see what's on hand.

its Monday night....steak night!!!

this is the calm before the blizzard tomorrow...... going to have a chuck Delmonico steak(sometimes called a chuck eye),,,you only get around 6 steaks per critter (they connect to the rib eye on the chuck end,,,you can buy them for 4-5.99 lb..

Crispy fried shrimps, leftover fried rice, tossed salad with garbanzos, avocados, tomatoes and bacon ranch dressing and cut up mango, pineapple and honeydew salad.

For dessert I bought a few monster-sized Mexican cajeta candies (caramelized goat's milk caramel) topped with pecans.
