My mouth's watering just typing that - time to fly!
Since tonight is ski team practice (2 more weeks until my son's big meet) I made the kids shrimp cocktail, granny smith apple slices and fresh baked rolls earlier. I will just grab some grocery store sushi on my way home. Maybe if I'm lucky they will have some gyoza dumplings left!

Tan Tan Ramen with veggies (wakame, edamame, green onions, spinach, bean sprouts, straw mushrooms, matchstick bamboo shoots, pickled onion and ogo), with a tofu/watercress salad.
It would be vegetarian except it is bone broth.
