What's For Dinner Tonight -- 2017 (burgers, grilled, shrimp, avocado)

Homemade shrimp fried rice is what I am planning to make but that could change.

Chicken cacciatore, salad, and tiramisu for dessert.

We are having, steak, squash, corn on the cob and small green salads. Wanted to grill, but the weather turned cold, so it is "take out the griddler" time.

Roast chicken, eggplant rollatini, buttered spinach, dinner rolls, maple cream cookies & tea.

Chicken wrap on a whole grain tortilla with tomato and avocado.

The mood struck me, so I made a full-on Sunday dinner with roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots, peas and yeast rolls.

And chocolate cookie/brownie for dessert!

Tonight was my ersatz bangers & mash, with bonus ersatz (cauliflower mash instead of potatoes).
