Plenty of small red bell peppers and no salad in the fridge. It looks like fajitas, Merlot and a movie for desert. A crockpot with red beans and a hefty ham bone is in the garage as it is too cold to cook on the porch.

If you are talking about those little peppers that come in red, yellow or orange. I love to buy the packages of them but have trouble eating all. WE do get a bit tired of them.

We are having meat loaf made with ground turkey and mushroom soup. Spoiled brat will have a baked potato and we will both have asparagus.

I rarely post in this thread but I wanted to give a shout-out to magicshark because I bought the (frozen) cod last week and I think tonight's the night for your recipe: Torsk Recipe - Allrecipes.com

Taco night (oink, oink)
I'll have a small glass of Sangria to go along with that.

Oh, I love these sautéed. I'm not sure how often I could eat these on a weekly basis and not get tired of them.

I'm too tired to fix much. We're just having brie and crackers, grilled rib eyes and mixed vegetables. I'm praying that there is red wine when I get home.
