Debating to make tonight a vegetarian casserole dish with layers of boiled sliced potatoes,slightly cooked vegis (of your choice) like broccoli, carrots, peas, sweet corn, cauliflower, green beans. Mix under sour cream, egg yolk, salt, nutmeg, herbs and half of the grated Swiss cheese to the potato-vegetable mix.Add the remaining cheese over it and bake it in the oven.
Serve the dish with lettuce on Italian vinaigrette.
To drink lassi or lemon water and for dessert Gingersnap cookie and a cup of Darjeeling tea.
Friday night, means fish night: we are having shell fish dinner (shrimp, lobster and crab legs with a side of rice for you know who: Our veggie will be a fresh veggie salad with blue cheese dressing.

I'm marinating pork chops and since it's cold today I nominate my husband to grill them up tonight. I'm making green beans with back fat and roasted potato slices.
Grilled sockeye salmon, rice pilaf, and salad. Vanilla ice cream for dessert.
