Hamburger patties, asparagus and sliced tomatoes.

LOL, low carbing it without trying.

I did put a little A1 on my burger. Cause you know, it makes any burger taste like a steak burger.

probably will not actually have dinner tonight: we are having the family over for a brunch about noonish. WE are keeping it simple: frozen pizza doctored up a little: I have 3 different kinds: granddaughter number 1 is bringing dessert: number 2 is bringing Buffalo wings, daughter is bringing salad and I made a couple dozen eggs rolls: 3 different kinds. add the mimosas, beer, vodka and grapefruit juice or just soft drinks and we will have a full meal plus. I doubt we will be hungry at dinner time. probably the first time in my life we are using plastic plates and utensils. I don't want a bunch of work to do on mothers day and i can almost assure everyone, as helpful as the guys might be on their own, they are not going to help when everyone is around. The kids are all too young except for our oldest great granddaughter.

I'm hoping the Mother's Day buffet we're going to at noon will take care of any need to cook for dinner. At any rate, there's still some leftover chili and corn cake batter that should work for later.
