After working a 12 hour shift, I'm just glad to have some leftover chicken and wild rice salad to eat for a late dinner tonight. Now for some zzzzzzzzzs. G'nite y'all.
Leftovers which consisted of marinated shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, Pico de Gallo, guacamole. Jalapeños on mine and black olives and extra onions on my daughters. Black beans too.
I made chicken tortilla soup and root beer floats.
