yesterday I went to our local market to pick up a few things and ended up getting a stuffed pork chop that was marked reduced for quick sale. I grabbed it. I will fix it in my air fryer; put some rosemary potatoes in the toaster oven with olive O, a little sea salt and some garlic. I think we will make spoiled brats favorites salad; just romaine, bacon bits, grated cheese and dressed with a little lemon juice and salad oil.

Jrsygrl51, praying and hoping for good news re your sons ssi heaing.

TamaraSavannah, a new kitchen? I’m so jealous!

We were out yesterday so picked up some Chinese take out for last night's supper. Today is cold and snowy so I’m thinking bean soup and fried bologna sandwiches will be good.

It's snowing!!! ❄We are looking at 12+ inches today. I love me some snow! Unfortunately because of storm/road conditions my son's ski team practice is cancelled! Kind of funny, I think.
Since I will be home I will be grilling up some cheeseburgers out in the storm. I will give the kids a choice of vegetables on the burger or a plain burger with carrot sticks on the side.

Not sure since it is blizzard outside right now. Up to 18 inches expected by this evening. Btw I am at work and leaving at 1 pm. Luckily I live just a few minutes away. I forgot to mention I did not thaw anything out for dinner and I am sure a lot of restaurants will either be closed or close early. Looks as if we might just have eggs and toast.
