English muffin sandwiches with cut up steak, dill sauce, and lettuce, plus veggie tray from my party yesterday.

I'm baking peanut blossom cookies right now, they smell so good. I'm going to have to walk miles and miles in January.

Was with family and a few friends earlier today. Enjoyed tamales, beans and Spanish rice. Drank Lagunitas IPA.

well, it is beginning to look a lot like Christmas right now, snow and all.We will go to our daughters and I think I mentioned dinner is always light on Christmas eve, especially when you have 5 little ones, all excited over the visitor who will come after they are in bed, plus they get to unwrap some of the gifts tonight. Dinner is simply potato kale soup and everyone is bringing whatever they want to go with the soup. I am taking a couple of appetizers and a plate or two of cookies and candy.

HOPE EVERYONE HAS A WONDERFUL NEXT DAY OR SO, REGARDLESS OF HOW YOU CELEBRATE.

The turkey tacos are happening tonight (my real reason for roasting a turkey breast).

Turkey, grated cheddar, green cabbage, salsa, and sour cream. I'm sure I'll make a vegetable or something to add besides Christmas cookies...

...or maybe something totally unhealthy like baguette and apple slices with mini crockpot cheese fondue. http://www.ayearofslowcooking.com/20...le-dipper.html

We are having Christmas Eve dinner at my MIL'S. I am not sure what it will be but we are bringing kielbasa baked with brown sugar.

I will be too busy from here out but I wanted to make sure I wished you all a Merry Christmas or if you don't celebrate a very happy Monday!
