I purchased a small bottle of buttermilk to make fried chicken. (Frankly, the buttermilk didn't make that big a difference, but I only marinated for a couple of hours.) Now I've still got a cup or two. Suggestions? I don't bake.

You could make a salad with buttermilk dressing,cucumber raita,just drink it with a pinch of cumin or make a berry buttermilk smoothie.

That's baking. I hate baking (see post #1)

But now that I think about it, I've made this crazy good Vidalia onion bacon cornbread a few times. It required Buttermilk. . .
