Garlic (fresh or powder in EVERY meal) and fresh spinach in salad or lightly cooked with a bit of butter, cream, garlic powder and 1/4 of a chicken or beef Knorr cube to add flavor. yummy!

I do like onions, but sometimes I get gas pain in my abdomen from them unfortunately, so I avoid them.

I use broccoli, a lot. I go through a big bag, easily, in less than a week. I eat organic noodles with broccoli and peanut sauce.

Second, is cauliflower

We use a lot of onions and garlic, but by volume I'd go with different colored bell peppers....you can add them to anything really.
