I rarely drink beer at home and even more rearly eat out at home. Just when traveling. So I guess the answer would be Pad Thai or something.

There's no must-have, for me, but ice cold beer goes really well with a juicy loaded burger, and with spicy, saucy wings.

It was a sauvignon blanc. It was what I had open. I didn't choose it to go with the enchiladas.
