Thanks guys. I'm going to boil some eggs this weekend and pick up some nuts and stuff. Sorry Grinder, not that adventurous :P JK, I was thinking about chicken but I eat chicken almost all of the time lol....I'm a tad chickened out, haha.

I figure maybe two eggs should do the trick.

any other suggestions please let me know.

1 can of tuna with 2 Tbs. of Light Mayonaise. Add finely chopped vegetables to taste.

150 calories (- the vegetables which would add maybe 5-10 in normal proportions)
18 grams protein

Carbmaster low calorie milk == 11g protein and 60 calories to a cup. Very tasty, too.

Find it at Smiths/Krogers

I hear ya!

I try to get chicken and turkey cold cuts in flavored versions. Peppered turkey, rosemary or other spices, bbq seasoned, maple glazed, sriracha, teriyaki, etc. I hear that (overpriced) Boars Head is coming out with curry and a jerk flavored chicken.

I found I needed to increase my protein too, so I started a protein shake post workout.

Other than that, most are listed here already.

I'll add another vote for cottage cheese as a snack. You can add berries to make it sweeter, or top with tomato slices or salsa to keep it savory. It's good either way.

I just got some Laughing Cow cheese and was surprised to see they are only 30 calories per wedge, at least the smoked Gouda is. Pretty tasty.

I love cottage cheese with salsa. Trying different salsas is fun..blackbean and corn and fruit-based salsas are good in cottage cheese.
