Quesadillas, I usually cut into wedges or quarters, pick up, and eat. Sometimes dip in salsa or sour cream. I don't pick it up without first cutting it into easily handled pieces.
I don't usually eat burritos, but when I do, I pick them up and eat them.

Quesadillas-it depends, if fairly plain I pick it up and eat it. If it has messy fillings then a knife and fork.
I greatly prefer to eat a burrito by picking it up but I find the ones I buy when out and about tend to be too big and messy for that. Occasionally I over stuff them at home by accident too.
I pick it up with my hands and dip it in sour cream and salsa. (the quesadilla)
For a burrito, it depends. If it's in a restaurant, it will usually have a sauce and I will eat it with a knife and fork. If it's a place like taco bell, it will probably be without sauce and I'll pick it up.

I pick quesadilla up by hands & eat it. Burrito with sauce added on top I eat with a fork. My quesadilla's are more dry in texture than my burrito's I make.
I eat quesadillas with a knife and fork. They're slathered in either cheese sauce or red sauce so using my hands is not an option. Burritos I eat with my hands. They're rolled tightly and are dry on the outside.
Quesadillas and burritos SEEM like casual foods but I just can't eat them without knife and fork. I figured I was just "all thumbs" so glad to hear some others break out the silverware too!
Fry it crisp. Then cut it into wedges and eat like a pizza.
