Lately, I’ve been craving milk. Having limited tolerance for lactose, I had not been consuming any for years (I do take supplements of Ca and D3).

I also wanted something more healthful for a dessert or snack than the typical sweets. Thus entered—or, rather, RE-entered, muesli as a regular food. I had always liked it somewhat, but, wow, the Seven Sundays muesli blows away the others I’ve tried.

Mixing the muesli with less than 3/4 cup of milk has worked well; no digestive discomfort. I wonder if I can build up my lactose tolerance more, like what it was when I did drink at least a cup a day.

Anyway, if you like muesli, try the Seven Sundays stuff. I am on the second bag of blueberry and will next try the cherry vanilla. They are very lightly sweetened with honey, so nothing like typical American cereals or granola.
