I'm actually embarrassed to be asking this, but every year they advertise Irish O'Garlic sausages and I scoff and recoil in shame and horror. This year I found myself wondering if, in spite of the stupid name, they might taste good? Has anyone had them?
their is a frozen irish banger that's sold by a big company..
i started making store-made corned beef bangers at my stores a few years ago and it sells well.. grind up some corned beef at a light coating of breakfast sausage seasonings and stuff into casings out of the big grinder- thru a sausage horn.. its very good
i also make corned pork - from pork butts - its cheaper than beef ...and that's selling well

We buy the British Pride bangers made by a local company, Isernio’s Sausage in Kent, WA.
They are at the Kroger store called QFC and generally cost $7.99 for a package of 4, but we wait until on sale and buy several for the freezer. Last time they were $5.99, and we made bangers and mash for dinner.
My family likes them. We grill the brats and throw them on a thick hoagie roll, add some sauteed onions and red bell peppers, delicious! We like garlic a lot in our house, so the flavor works for us.
There's a guy at work who seems to have the regular Cheddar & Brat Johnsonville sausages almost daily. He let us try some and wow, they were so good! He nukes them until they bubble up and puts them on a piece of white bread and voila! delizioso! I would doubt the garlic ones would be much less delicious.
The Irish O Garlic are sausages we enjoy eating. I always buy a few extra packs for the freezer, as they only seem to be available in March. Try them. They are not bangers, but they are fine in their own dish.
I do sometimes buy UK or Irish sausages at an import store when I get to the city, they are good too.
