I'm with Gil3, I never miss breakfast and if by chance I do, I get really headachey around 11:00. That said, this is my usual day (when not juicing).
Breakfast, cereal with banana
Lunch, anything goes here, I try to eat like a veggie burger patty and some crackers or something significant but not so much so that I'm dying from GI upset during the afternoon.
Dinner is later then I'd like but I'm home before everyone else and then I cook for them when they come home, but we usually have a sit down mean, either make a thai meal, indian food, regular food, steak, chicken, whatever, but always a meat, veggie, starch and sometimes salad.
NOW, within the past month, I did start juicing, I do it for my health and to really just clean out now and then. I make all sorts of excellen juices. I bought a juicer, I buy a crap load of produce and go to town. For example, I might juice 4 carrots, 2 apples, 1 pear, handful of berries and 1 sweet potato. The beauty of juicing is that you get all the benefits of what you are eating because when you actually eat those foods, your body still has to work through the fiberous outside (where all your fiber is stored) and you end up losing a lot of the nutritional aspect, if you do this long term you obviously take a fiber supplement BUT I have to tell you, in the first two weeks, I lost 12 lbs, by the 4th week, I was down 23 lbs and have maintained that weight. You can start juicing a day at a time, suprisingly, you will not feel hungry at all and your energy level goes up, your hair, skin, everything looks better. I've had a lot of fun experimenting with produce to juice. The longest I've juiced was four days and felt good the entire time. So, as for eating, I try to stick to three meals a day, I do snack in the afternoon like have some chocolate or nuts, etc... but for the most part I stick to the three and only eat when hungry - WHICH by the way, I'm constantly hungry when no juicing LOL Go figure!

I eat Cheerios with soy milk and blueberries, or raspberries or blackberries, or Kashi Go Lean with the same fruit, lowfat yogurt. I drink my coffee with nonfat milk and never any sugar. I eat a sandwich for lunch or get a Taco Bell chicken taco prepared Fresco style. I eat almonds when I need something to crunch on. I spread lowfat Laughing Cow cheese on a rice cake when I'm dying for a snack. For dinner we try to eat chicken, turkey or fish with steamed vegetables. We eat Skinny Cow desserts or Smart Ones. I drink lots of green tea and lots of water.

We don't drink alcohol, soda or juices except for orange juice on the weekends. Also the only time I eat eggs is on the weekends. And if we ever buy cheese, it's all reduced-fat.

I have low blood sugar, so I have to eat small meals every 2 1/2-3 hrs. This morning I had 1/2 Taylor Pork Roll sandwich with small v-8 juice. Lunch was 1/2 Boar's Head gourmet ham & swiss cheese sandwich and 10 strawberries from our local farm market, 3 o'clock, baby spinach salad with hard boiled egg,red onions, olives, artichokes, roasted red peppers, tri-color peppers, with evoo and fresh lemon juice. Tonight we are having fennel salad with shaved parm cheese, lemon and evoo, yellow rice and grilled Ahi Tuna.

Usually 2 meals a day. Lunch is typically around 12:30 and I usually eat some kind of meat based sandwitch (turkey, grilled chicken, italian combo, etc) or either a salad with grilled chicken or a couple slices of pizza if I'm in the mood.Dinner really depends on how much time I have to cook and/or what I'm in the mood for.

Well, this has been interesting, I only wish I had your ages. The typical 3 meals a day isn't as high as I thought it would be. People are skip'n meals to be on time/get work done, loose weight, and money.

This fast pace is hurting our bodies........or is it? We live longer, live on the edge, etc. Why? Global warming is why.........ok, total joke!

We are all different cause our brains tell us what we can and can't do.

Evolution?

I'd like more info, as this is info for a bet.

I eat about 2-3 meals a day.

Depending on my workout routine (if I did it early enough then I'll have breakfast. If not then I just have lunch and dinner with water all day and a small snack around 3 pm).

I eat 5-6 meals a day. But each meal is only about 200-300 calories, and it's all healthy and low fat food.
