I bought a Pillsbury crust on sale in the refrigerated section. When we got home my husband unloaded the bag it was in and put it in the pantry. 36 hours later I reach for a granola bar and find my pie crust. I put it back in the fridge but am not sure if I can still use it. Does anyone know?

No problem. Happened to me too... for a much longer period of time. (couple of weeks at least)
Used it anyway and it was fine.

There's nothing in there that will 'spoil"...flour, shortening, a bit of water....that's it! You want it at room temp when using, anyway!
