Neat breakfast for "Kids" and Adults... Hot Dog Bun... butter it... broil it to toast it. Slow made scrambled eggs... scrambled the egg pour into a pan with non-stick spray.. slow cook them slowing stirring them till their fluffy and moist... Grab the toasted hot dog buns... lay 1-2 pieces of yellow cheese then the fluffy scrambled eggs on top... some real chucked bacon or bacon bits ( soft kind ) place in microwave and nuke it till the chess starts to melt maybe 1-2 min... and enjoy.... with that cup of java or coco

Tomorrow, unless I capture the breakfast fairy and she makes blueberry pancakes, I guess I will have a smoothie.

It is morning here. So I was hungry. No breakfast yesterday as I just don't handle breakfast well. I just ate a can of pork 'n beans and am calling that breakfast. That should carry me just fine all the way to lunch and allow me to sleep in.
