I'm a New Jersey native, and when I was growing up the next door neighbors were Buffalo natives who introduced me to beef on weck. It has to be one of the best sandwiches ever.

I had the same exact thing last week. Have you tried their newer chickn strips? They are 50% bigger = big surprise!

I jazzed up some home made buffalo legs for my lunch. All 7 of them. That should be the equal of about 14 wings so it sounded about right. It was a great appetizer for dinner which is going to be on the lite side.

A chicken salad sandwich is in order as there is some left from supper last night and I don't want to see it go bad and get wasted.

Not feeling too great today, and home made soup sounded good (have you checked out the thread in recipes?), so I had a chunk of leftover ham that I boiled down and shredded into thick chunks, threw in some onion, chopped up cabbage, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli, then threw in some frozen corn. Since the ham bone was long gone, the broth wasn't as rich as I like, so I added some chicken soup base to the mix. Turned out really good and just what I wanted.

Was going to skip lunch but hadn't had breakfast either so was starving. When someone mentioned they were heading out to grab something I got them to get me rolled tacos with guac to tide me over. yum

Got to go to Hooters for lunch today since it's the kids 17th birthday this weekend so I guess it's wings and fried pickles...
