My standard bucket o' salad that I build at home each morning before work, topped with Maple Grove fat-free honey dijon dressing and a couple of ounces of chopped turkey. A dripping-sweet nectarine (made a mess of my desk) and water.

Aaaarrrrggghhh..... my gall bladder is crawling out of my belly and running whimpering down the street just imagining that! You must be made of sterner stuff than I am; I'd have spent the afternoon, evening and most of tomorrow in pain after a lunch like that.

I did stomach development eating green oranges with salt as soon as I was allowed a knife of my on to peel them with. When living in MO with apples trees of my own I hit the green ones too. Now let me tell you about the green pears. Well maybe not. Take my word for it and don't. When a todler I drank a batch of DDT and only had my stomach pumped. That was over 60 years ago. Don't think MD's will get me now. They missed their chance 45 years ago in a eating contest. I won with 10 hamburgers, 5 fries, and 2 milk shakes. Yep I was just a little bit crazy. Still am in some respects. Over fresh veggies from asparagus to zucchini. Have a good night all. My tummy if fine & looking for another challenge. As long as it's not sushi.

I made a chicken sandwich out of the last piece of a box of store bought fried chicken. Not lazy now just couldn't share with the cats.
