A New Orleans Mufuletto Sandwich. Well, close enough. Cotto salami, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, green olives, dripping with olive oil, in laterally-sliced Italian bread. Cheap, easy and nostalgic. And a glass of milk, the traditional drink with the original Mufuletto.
