1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp basil
1 tsp thyme
a sprinkling of garlic

30 minutes isn't long enough. Try 45 minutes--in fact, I put it on the lower rack and put the broiler on--but left the oven door open and the exhaust fan on high.

2 brioche rolls with pulled pork and slaw, courtesy of whole foods, with a side of baked lays and cherry coke zero. Good Eats.

Last edited by TarheelsMatt; 09-06-2009 at 10:59 AM.. Reason: No S in brioche :\

Lunch again today was the main meal. BBQ chicken, fried okra, jalapeno stir fried corn, green fordhook limas, brussels sprouts, sliced tomatoes, various pies, lots of tea. I know there was more in the way of veggies but just didn't have room for anymore.
