I'm the only one in my immediate family who likes these: Fried chicken livers.

I like everything that has been mentioned so far in this thread. Just I would replace the chicken liver with regular beef liver which I loved chopped and cook in white wine with onions.

When I was a kid my mom use to make chicken livers and I couldn't eat them. It came down to who was going to give in first because I wasn't permitted to leave the table til I ate some but guess who won......ME. Any type of organ meat just grosses me out.

Most people hate these foods?? Not in my experience.
The one that I have found that most people hate and I love is....ANCHOVIES.

Any green veggie particuarly spinach, broccoli and mustard and collard greens. With the exception of brussel sprouts if it's green I love it. Liver is another thing that I only recently tried at the age of 37 and I love it. For me that was always something my grandparents liked ( liver and onions) and I refused to take a taste. All those years I was missing out.
