The beautiful bottle got me!

Bought one for a gift last year, and not long after, splurged and bought one to try. It's still in the freezer waiting for someone to show up that likes it.

Persnally, I was really disappointed with the flavour. Seemed way to artificial tasting. Looked so appealing too.

I think home-made would be much better.

Not sure how many men would like it. Quite a few tasted it on a few occasions here, and don't think anyone was too 'wowed' by it.

I LOVE limoncello.

I love the tangy zip, and that it's sweeter and has additional spices.

I was wondering about that, that's why I want to try to make some myself, then I can control the sweetness. Thanks!

Yeah, the bottles are pretty! I've seen nice serving glasses, too. Thanks for the input. I definitely want to make some, but I still have to buy some of the containers, etc.

I think I just figured out what to do with some of these Meyer lemons hanging from my trees.

Yes I do. If you find yourself near Fontana, come by and pick to your heart's content.

I'm not fond of it myself. too much like adult koolaid. I prefer the flavors produced by the distilled product of a good mash, aged in various kegs and or casks for a large number of years. Serve it with a splash of pure (not tap) water so it awakens the aromas and flavors in a clear glass at room temperature.........
