Actually, that sounds pretty good, especially on a cold, winter day.

Fried Turkey and Mayo in a tortilla, pretty gross.
I plan on making an egg sandwich with some cheese on toasted sesame bread when I wake up in the morning for school. Good Eats.

I rarely eat sandwiches these days, but the last time would have to be around a month ago. I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich (my first one, of this type, in 2 years).

Yesterday I had a grilled veggie sandwich w/ zucchini, squash, portabella mushroom, red onion, tomato, gruyere cheese, pesto, and garlic aioli, on toasted wheatberry bread.

It was delicious!

I buy bolillas, which are like single-serving elongated buns (they might be regional here). I slice a polish sausage lengthwise, sizzle it in a frying pan, put it into a sliced bolilla, with a couple of big leaves of leafy lettuce (my 'sandwiches' are a salad), spread in mayo and brown mustard, and I love potato chips or tortilla chips in my sandwich to give it mouth feel and a bit of saltiness. I often eat a roma tomato on the side (too messy if I try to slice it into the sandwich).

I have half a loaf of cocktail rye bread (one of those tiny loaves) leftover from New Year's, so I made four little sandwiches with leftover spiral ham and mustard. A couple dill gherkins on the side.
