Made some trail mix: dried apricots, almonds, peanuts, raisins, and dark chocolate M&M's. Chased down with coffee.

I've seen this before in the deli department but decided to give it a try: a 'salad' of cotija cheese, jicama, watermelon and papaya. I couldn't see the chile but it was detectable and gave a nice hint of heat.
