Snack (s) today. 3 containers 80 cal greek yogurt with several packets stevia, protein drink, 2 containers sugar free jello with packets of stevia, when I get home it will be invention choc chip cookie dough desert using Quest protein and stevia chocolate chips, maybe Quest protein chips. Sometimes bring Quest chips to work. Daily snacks are the same but in varying orders.
