I make a pickled relish/chow-chow out of yellow squash that we love. Use this on peas, beans, hot dogs., etc.

The Dill pickles by Best Maid are the best made! Best Maid Pickles



They also make an eXtreme pickle that is wicked spicy.

I'm used to buying things that are marked "hot" and finding them not "hot" enough for my liking.

However...these eXtreme pickles....damm....I can only eat 3 or 4 because they are so hot.
