Personally i didn;'t like allegator when I have eaten it several times. Ok but not my pick really. Have had it deep fryer and grilled.I did think greeen turtle staek basically prepared like bread veal was good and frog legs are like chicken to me really.Imuch preder many other Caju dishes tho;my wife is Cajun as they come. Great cooks especailly when you develop as taste for it after awhile. the use of spices and the trouble they take makes a huge difference IMO.
Thanks People for all the great info, Waiting for my Gator Balls
to show up!! I haven't had frog legs since the 1980's. My buddies and I used to frog gig the Delta here in the Central Valley in California. However, used to get very drunk giging them frogs. Good times!!

What are they bellowing? eat me, eat me, eat me deep fried with breaded garlic coating and a side of collard greens!!!
