Really? I know opossum is legal game anytime of the year in Michigan. If you had the snake problem Florida has it would be different. The Pythons are wiping out native species and record numbers.

What just kills me about the python thing, is you have to apply for a permit, one would think they would declare open season, and be done with it.
Python season is closed now......I just dont get what the powers that be in this state are thinking.
BTW, we saw a 10 footer about a mile away from our house the other day......I am pleased to announce that it is now deceased!

LOL, anything to generate revenue!! Just make Python a common food item and bingo no more issue. One more reason for open carry laws.

They are EVERYWHERE along the intercoastal. I swear, you go for a mile walk and you can see at least 5 to 10 off them chilling up on the banks getting a suntan. I hate them.

LOL I was talking about gators, thankfully I don't see as many snakes as I have gators, they seem to be a little shyer . I hate snakes too tho
