Loves pan-fried fish (cast iron) dipped in egg, then a mixture of seasoned bread crumbs and parmesan cheese, double-dip is really good

Growing up in Long Island we would fish for flounder in the middle of the winter off the dock. BRRRRRRR, but the fish were so great fried with butter, salt, pepper and a little garlic.
