I also discovered that there were over $200+ of utility bills owed. Sewer and garbage collection bills by the town that were unpaid for 2 quarters or 1/2 year or so and another quarterly fees are due in Oct. So it wasn't just only owed taxes. So I bailed as there are other properties that I've looking at now.
