I am looking to buy a home in SWF... i currently host Airbnb in my home up north and I'm
looking for a home in florida where i can do Airbnb in the spring and summer months
when Im not staying there ..
Any suggestions on areas ( no flood areas)
Where people can come with their families for a nice florida vacation ..
Seems like most condos and others have these restrictions and
don't allow rentals under 1 month
Needs to have low or No HOA ... unless i can do weekly rental
To families!
Any ideas from the natives ...? I was looking
In cape coral, Bonita, ft myers, North port,
Englewood .... any other suggestions ?
i want to be where its s little warmer in the winter months!!!

You'll probably get suggestions if you post your question in the subforums under FL. This forum doesn't get so region-specific. Contact realtors in those cities too.
How can there be "southwest Florida"? It's all water. Florida's shaped like an upside down backwards L. There's southeast, northeast, northwest. That's it.
