Hello all,

I am new to this forum. My husband and I are planning to buy a home in Fort Collins. We are currently in Laramie, WY.
Do you have any good home inspector for us?
Thanks a lot.

If you are buying an older home, I recommend you hire a plumber to inspect the plumbing system in the house. You will have to pay for the inspection yourself, but could be a life saver if the plumbing in the hose is old. If there are large trees in the property toward the main sewer line, you may want him to determine if there are roots in the system by putting a camera down one of the toilets out to the line.
