So we're coming out there next month to check it out and get a good idea of where we're moving to. My wife likes Loveland because she's got a high school friend from there - I like it cause I like to ski. Works out good for both of us.

Looking for rental properties. We'd like to get into a house with a garage because I work from home blowing glass. If we couldn't get into a house, a townhouse with a garage or something like that would work to. I'm not opposed to manufactured communities either.

Aside from Craigslist, where can I look for good deals? We're looking to spend around $600-$900 a month depending on what/if any utilities are included. Any advice would be helpful. Not TIED TIED to loveland, but to get her closer to her buddy would be great.

Thanks!

Just checking that you mean Loveland, the town, near Fort Collins and not the Loveland ski area which is up in the high country.

BTW, there is a glassworking artists (??) co-op in Loveland. At least I think they're a co-op of some type. We went to an artists show and sale there last year around the Christmas holidays. That might obviate the need for the garage set up for your glass blowing gear.

I'm up in that part of town about once ever couple of weeks, if you want me to get the name or more info I could drive by the place. It's in a commercial industrial office park up around 69th street.

Good luck and come on up, we made the move a year ago and we're glad every day.

Loveland (the town) is great, but it's not very close to ski areas.
Walmarts are everywhere around here.
I live in Loveland and there are seven Super Walmarts within 25 miles, one is about eight blocks from my house.
Good luck!

OMG - like Walmart Heaven out there. That's insane!!!!

Thanks for the input folks. We'll be there by next sunday, staying for the week. Leaning towards a mobile home park since we've got animals. We'd really like to keep them rather than kill 'em. I don't mind a trailer, as long as it's not falling apart and rusty. lol... Any recommendations on parks to avoid? I know that they all have their own personalities, don't want to end up in the wrong one. We are hoping to not have to move again for a while. The 6 year old has already lived in 4 houses. I got that ramblin' fever Merle sings about. he he he... Wife hopes my fever subsides soon.

Thanks again!

Some trailer parks here don't allow pets, some are in bad shape. There are some nice ones, though, I might be able to do some research for you. PM me if you're interested.
