Tropical,

Windsor Pines - is in East Pines. While the schools there are "A" - I myself would not consider them good schools - you will want to go further west for the better schools. I say this as a Parent of an 8 & 12 year old - I chose not to rent there for that reason. I know many will tell you the west is so far and what not, but after you are there for a while driving 8-12 minutes does not seem long at all. Especially, on a busy street like Pines Blvd where a lot is going on. 12 minutes on the highways is long because there is nothing to see. I try and do most of my driving local, even when driving from Weston, Cooper City, Fort lauderdale. I have found that your Navigation will always have you on a highway - it is a little faster but puts a lot more miles on the car for nothing. Those are just my thoughts. Try Falls of Pembroke Pines or Pembroke Cove. Very nice places in my opinion.
