I had agreed to rent this effiency from an individual. I provided 1.5 months worth of rent in order to move in. I was moving in last night, when I realized place has a huge cockroache problem. I decided not to move in due to these unhealthy conditions. Landlord says she needs 30 days notice, are you f.... Kidding me???

I gotta keep talking to landlord, but if I dont get money back I need some legal assistance. Any suggestions? ideas?

Facts: I havent signed a contract, she already cashed my check, and property is located in Broward county.

Any help will be appreciated!
