Does anyone know of nice townhouse developments that are fairly close to Las Olas? I would love to be walking distance from all of the shops/restaurants/beach etc, but I think a condo is going to be too small for what I need. I am looking for 3-4 bedrooms and under 700K. Thanks!

Can you give me the name of the development? I am not familiar with the area and so I am trying to get a head start on narrowing down the developments I want to look in. Thanks!

There are no developments. You need to get out and drive around. There are townhouses similar to what you are looking for EVERYWHERE. Drive around Victoria Park, Colee Hammock, Rio Vista, etc. There are many beautiful new construction town homes in the area. Just drive around, you won't miss them.
