If you are looking to use Florida Home Improvement Associates (FHA), please be careful! Somehow, they entered our gated community and approached us saying they were installing hurricane windows and doors in various houses in our community. They told us we could get a great deal, 3 year interest free financing, preparation of all paperwork and submission to HOA, etc. Well, they submitted the application and it was denied by our HOA. They resubmitted and it was denied again! Now, they threatened me and said it was my fault that it was denied and they are going to take legal action against us! After discussing the issue with our HOA Rep, I found out that FHA was not allowed to solicit in our development and how they got in was illegal. They also, entered our development illegally in the past and was told to leave after harassing several neighbors--trying to get names, social security numbers, etc. They imply they are FHA, which they are not and can get great deals and federal funding! Their prices are also outrageous and you can do better with other companies! We have filed a complaint with the BBB and our HOA will also file a complaint with the BBB! Please stay away from this company! Will post additional information as I receive it!!!!

All you need to do is a simple search on City Data about FHA. They have a less than stellar reputation. If you want impact windows do your research and there is lots of info on this forum that will help you in your decision making process. Glad you were able to get out of that deal.
