Thanks ezveedub. Actually we are renting first. Can't buy yet. Maybe in 6 months to a year's time. But it's important, safety, clean and parking, 2b,2b and central air. $1300.00 tops.

Check over on Nova Dr. between University Dr. and College Ave. I'm not sure what exactly is for rent over there, but there has been commerical company rentals there for years. Also next to my community was a rental community that went Condo. Some are renting them out, but you to be careful with some private rentals since some can be foreclosed on since they owe more than they are renting them for. Your more protected when renting from the business company of building then than private, so keep this in mind. If your renting short term, its not so much a risk though.
