Hi there, I'm new to the forum and trying to find some information about an area in Fort Myers. I've read lots of mixed reviews about different areas and of course opinions vary. Specifically the area I'm looking at real estate is between 80 (Palm Beach Blvd.) and the River. It looks like from google maps it's called Rainbow Groves ? Is this area considered safe, depressed or an ok area too consider moving too ? From street views of the area, it doesn't look all that bad. I spoke to a relative that's living in the area and they just gave me a blanket statement that don't look at anything North of Martin Luther King which I find to be a very broad statement unless that's the case.
