Visiting there soon, looking where the 21 - 30 years olds go for drinks at night and happy hours. Thanks.

I've heard the Edison has a good happy hour. There are plenty of places on Ft Myers beach, and downtown. Good luck.

FORT MYERS really needs to have more of a night life. There is almost 600,000 residents that live in Lee county and not one real laid back 30 plus club where you could dress up! Back in the 80s and 90s Fort Myers use to be a live place with tons of clubs. Fort Myers has the potential to do so but its the old gray caps keeping it from happening! They need to move to Naples!

those who can't afford Naples go to Ft. Myers cause it's a little bit cheaper.

My daughter moved back after living in Naples for 4 months. She says it is so nice to go out and around and see people of all different ages living together in the same town. She has people her age, young familes have other young familes, and the seniors have their groups too.

I worked with a young person (28) last summer. She said when she finished college (nights) she was moving to Tampa.

I would also suggest Gulf Coast Town Center. My husband and I are in our mid to late 20's and visited there in Feb. We enjoyed that area a lot, and I think if you check their schedule, there are sometimes bands that play in that area as well.

We also had a great time in Fort Myers Beach. We found a lot of bars around the beach area, some with live music. I hear that Junkanoo, a beachfront bar in Fort Myers Beach is fun as well.

You guys will have fun, we did NOT feel like it was all retired people while we were there. I think if you look for it, you can definitely find some fun! Good Luck!
